@evgeny-leksikov pls take a look
"cm" transport can receive duplicate active messages because of a poor reliability mechanism in the kernel, once cm_id is destroyed retransmitted packets ("ghosts") are not dropped, unlike for example TCP which keeps a kernel socket open for a while.
