What
UCT/IB: get roce ndev name according to right gid but not fixed gid 0.
Why ?
Currently we get ndev name from gid 0, this can cause problem when the ndev name of right gid is different as gid 0.
How ?
Add gid index to paramters of uct_ib_device_get_roce_ndev_name().
