Honestly there are many dozens of huge projects we're learning from, it doesn't make sense to name only a few.

The namecheck I wanted to do happens elsewhere in this doc, where we acknowledge them as direct governance resources. This is because e.g. Kubernetes governance is an evolution of the massively scaled projects of the past.

We can either have our own document that explains this or push an explanation to https://theopensourceway.org as an upstream.

If this doesn't work immediately, it may take some experimentation to get the correct GitHub Flavored Fix.

I'm committing this fix as I believe it is good enough for the 1.0. This conversation thread is open for review, ideas welcome.
