If Both are assigned to same issue like u both can collaborate and solve this issue then how will be point distribution for each level?
Whether both will get whole points or half ?
How is the point system for that?

Both will get based on the amount of contribution and issue complexity. It depends on admin/mentor how many points will be awarded to you. Collaboration is totally accepted by admin/mentor you can freely contribute by collaborating.
But again points are given to individuals so you will need to create new PRs separately .Best way to connect with Mentor he/she will take care of it if you have contributed you will get points definitely . 💯

@ManishaSwain8 actually we are solving issue like designing figma file, so we are not doing PR right..

In this case you can create issue like : "Building UI using Figma" and get assigned by the mentors.

In PR you can add some documentation about your figma file or add preview of the website in readme file and create PR (For example). Admin/Mentor can give points your based on the UI works.
