I don't see where those prune removal are added into weight:
https://github.com/paritytech/substrate/blob/a67dcfb281ee54f3bd9a4fc217134d7f7da0e9ee/frame/staking/src/slashing.rs#L529-L542

Should we consider them negligible? or do I miss something ?
