Archive Walker Public Alpha 0.1

Initial public release of the Archive Walker Software. This software is an alpha, with some features still being developed. In the GUI, the Settings tab works, and in results, the "Forced Oscillations", "Out of Range Events", and "Ringdowns" are at least partially operational.

The software only runs in Microsoft Windows.

Note that the MATLAB runtime binaries and Microsoft .NET framework 4.6.1 or higher must be installed on the computer for the demo to run.
