PDK 1.6.0 -- Ignoring bundle configurations breaks mirror configurations

PR #502 begins ignoring all of bundlers configuration. This breaks environments where we have misc bundler configurations to use RubyGem mirrors (via Artifactory).

IMO, PDK should only be ignoring or resetting conflicting bundler configs instead of ignoring them all.
