So far this is running without warnings and notes.
The vignette is not yet proofread, because before the 13 Feb release date I am hoping to add 1-2 helper functions for imputation.
Imputation is not straighforward in regional data, because missingness is often caused by boundary changes, which violates assumption of most imputation algorithms. Instead, many times the imputation can be made with logical, additive rules.

I am now running inst/extras/document.R in order to generate all docs, and received the following:
