- Fix issue that the output stream when on using --max-cll or --master-display was incorrect.
- Let driver set output buffer size to enhance stabbility (might fix weightp issue #34, since it's error occurs around bitstream output.)
- Copy DEFAULT stream and language info when it could be got from input.( #33 )
