Trouble running the project

I have forked and cloned the repository into my local system
I have also run the npm install command as was told.
I received this error message there.

After this I ran the npm start command and receive this error:

What am I missing?

Okay I deleted node-modules/ and package-lock.json and ran the two commands again.
The project now works fine.
