sbt-git is also supplied by sbt-ci-release. Attempting to bump the version out of spec of what sbt-ci-release needs causes problems. Related: sbt/sbt-ci-release#236

I extended #235 with the requisite changes to get the build to pass, as well as fixed the old "in" syntax from build.sbt.
