Persistence Helper Class

Add PersHelper class which takes care of persistence between the kernel and the subprocess and generates corresponding code to be executed by ghost cell or by subprocess. PersHelper supports dill and cloudpickle as serializer backend, which can be changed at notebook runtime with %%swith_serializer magic.
