Made the necessary changes now that the scaffolding repo has Dockerfiles for each of its container Images.
I believe I mapped the images correctly if not please let me know I'll be sure to change them.
Even if we are planning on moving away from this repo It will be nice just to even have this prepped as a backup in case something goes sideways.
