Manage multi-TIL Maxar products #106

For now, handled Maxar products have only one .TIL file in the product folder.
However, we encountered products with multiple .TIL files (processing baseline version is 28.4, 28.3 appears fine):
2023-08-29_13h45_20

EOReader should manage them by creating a mosaic of TILs.

Attention should be paid to metadata as well. See how Planet products have been handled.

This product appears to be an issue from their processing baselines (28.4 seems broken)

New products of version 28.4 are exported bundled like this.

As this issue still appears, an InvalidProductError will be thrown in case of product with version 28.4.
