ByteBufferSweeper clears out memory-mapped file's in-memory ByteBuffer after they are closed or deleted during compaction or if FileCache's configured maxOpen limit is reached.

Currently the clearing of memory-mapped file happens after a delayed interval which should be removed and should be cleared immediately if there are no thread accessing the ByteBuffer.
