SSR Gateway의 PR별 따로 프리뷰 배포에 어려움이 있어, PR 단위 프리뷰 기능을 없애 코드-배포 일관성을 확보했습니다.
페이지 빌드와 배포를 따로 배포하는 것이 소요 시간을 많이 증가시키는 문제가 있어 둘을 통합했습니다.
