This branch reintroduces commits which were erroneously committed directly to master.

The module was broken: region is a required field in the cloud_scheduler_job resource (https://www.terraform.io/docs/providers/google/r/cloud_scheduler_job.html) and I made a minor fix to the documentation that was copied over from another module. Another change is adding the project field so that even a provider with no project field would work.
