This PR clarifies the exiting content on home directories and adds a new section with specific instructions on how to create a home directory for a new or existing user.
this commit adds a new image and compresses the size, and deletes the old image.
This reverts commit b332284.
This commit moves the home directory information up in the article to group all related content, and updates the Authentication settings screenshot.

This PR updates the home directory information in the ManagingLocalUsersSCALE.md article, grouping all home directory content together in the Configuring a User section, Adds two new screenshots, and adds a section on Adding a Home Directory to make it easier to find this content.
This information can be backported to 24.10 and 24.04 branches.
