Create a Table Schema JSON (v1 frictionless.io / v2 datapackage.org) from a pandera schema

The pandera.io.from_frictionless_schema(schema) allows us to infer a pandera schema from a Table Schema JSON (v1 frictionless.io / v2 datapackage.org).

Would it be possible to also do it the other way around, that is, create a Table Schema JSON from a pandera schema?

Also, FYI pandera only supports frictionless<5
