Tokenizer Localisation #676

This PR:

Adds a small lookup dictionary loaded from JSON files to the NWProject class.
These files are loaded based on the GUI spell check language or project spell check language if the latter is overriding the former.
The dictionary is used for lookups from the Tokenizer class and its subclasses, and are used for making sure the added content to the generated text output is the same language as the text, regardless of the GUI language.
