v2.0 Alpha 1

Interim release with some code cleanup and the temporary removal of autoupdate and codesigning. Development will continue in dev branch and merge into master on a regular basis.

This should work pretty much as the initial release did.

There is no installer currently, but this should work from any directory you unzip to.
