Release notes (v2.3)
  • Vcf file export: based on data type structure (Variant Data Type) export variant calls resulting from queries directly in vcf format
  • Biobank management: new biobank code generation system, project - biobank association
  • Favorite Queries System: added component to store and reload automatically favorite queries
  • Password managment improved: added more restrictive contraints for passwords security, password expiration and password reset (only by administrator)
  • Minor bugs fixed and improvements
