Changes:

  • Added Linux build.

  • Upscaling changes:

    • Now share Vulkan handle with OpenGL when possible to avoid copying to/from CPU.
    • Moved upscaling code to per frame render instead of per frame decode. Should hopefully avoid accumulating lag.
