  1. TEST/IODEMO: Fix process mapping logic in run_io_demo.sh 

    Before this fix, --map-by node did not achieve the desired effect:
instead of populating all nodes, in case the number of processes is not
a multiple of number of nodes, some nodes were left unpopulated.
