General procedure for data collection:

• Each team member will place the phone in 5 different positions and perform both activities for one minute in each position, totalling 10 minutes of raw data for each member.

• Data was collected using each individual's phone, using Phyphox on the "Acceleration (without g)" setting.

• Each team member will perform the following for one (1) minute, totalling thirty-six (36) individual samples:

• Example: 2-Zack.zip Indicates "walking right hand jacket pocket" for Zack

Notes on Data Collection:

• The placement of the phone (in the pocket, or the way in which it was held) varied among team mates. We therefore expect acceleration to be consistent in magnitude / frequency / etc, but in different axis between team mates.
