Adjust User Avatar component and it's uses in app so that Identicon ring is showing when no profile picture is set

Currently the User Avatar component is using a text component to generate the users initials if they have not set a profile picture.

There is an issue on status-Go side to instead generate these initials as an image and then the user avatar does not need to have this logic, instead it just renders whatever image it receives back.

Adjust the user avatar component in quo2 library and find it's uses in the application and ensure the initials are showing correctly for users and that there is an identicon ring showing too.
